Pal Turner, is the owner and is actively involved in meeting with new and existing customers. Pal conducts visits and evaluates the scope of work to be performed and prepares no-obligation estimates.

Mercedes Ruiz, is the office manager, and is frequently "the person on the other end of the phone" when people call in to the office. Mercedes plans out the cleaning schedule and coordinates with staff to ensure that the proper people resources are matched up with each cleaning assignment.
